In mixing glass;
1.5 oz of Bourbon
3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
3/4 oz Benedictine
2-3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Add ice and stir thoroughly
Strain into old fashioned glass
Garnish with lemon zest
