Blackthorn

In mixing glass add;
2 oz Irish Whiskey
1 oz Dry Vermouth
2-3 Dashes of Orange Bitters
2 Dashes Absinthe
Add ice and stir
Strain into cocktail glass
Garnish with orange zest
